Susan Crosby , a Columbia native, is the Owner and Broker-In-Charge of Property Consultants since 1989. She has been in the field of property management since 1977. As the property management licensing instructor for Midlands Technical College and the South Carolina Real Estate Commission, Ms. Crosby’s knowledge works to the advantage of the Owner and the Renter alike. As a current Real Estate Broker -In-Charge and former Appraiser, her expertise will assist the rental property investor in making the right purchasing decisions.
Marlene Cromer came to Property Consultants from The Mungo Companies here in Columbia. A Columbia native, Marlene has been a licensed Property Manager for more than twenty years and knows the Property Management field inside and out! Marlene is also a licensed Real Estate agent and can assist buyers and sellers with all of their needs!
Amber Jones comes to us from Wachovia Financial and is happy to assist you with your needs at Property Consultants. After attending Brookland-Cayce High and the University of SC, Amber continued her schooling and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent. She will be happy to assist buyers and sellers with their needs!
Heather Hall attended Irmo High and is also a graduate of USC in Public Relations and Marketing. She wears many hats during the day and can handle all your needs in addition to helping to assist in finding you the perfect rental home!
